"I attended Natalie’s weekend course on 13th & 14th April this year and I can’t thank her enough for such a fantastic experience! I was nervous to the point of hyperventilating when I arrived, and in all honesty I was only there because my husband bought me the course as a Christmas present shortly before he died. Natalie soon put me at ease, she is such a natural teacher, able to explain and teach the techniques in an easy to understand manner, run through the safety aspects in a meaningful way and so patient, particularly on the second day when we were let loose on our individual projects and we were all wanting her attention. I made a lovely garden wall hanging in memory of my husband and did something right out of my comfort zone in a very supportive setting. Keep doing what you’re doing Natalie your enthusiasm is boundless!"

Andy Pyne reviewed: Metalwork Craft weekend with The Iron Lady - Bradwell Blacksmiths

"This course is simply excellent. Natalie is a natural teacher - very patient, positive & relaxed but instantly there to help either with advice, instruction or assistance if required. The balance of being left to experiment on your own within your own space and being supported and supervised was just right. The range of techniques and equipment is extensive - much more than I was expecting - welding, cutting, forging, bending, folding, drilling, grinding etc etc. If I had to give advice to potential attendees, I'd say have a few ideas as to what you might do for a project. Natalie will make suggestions, but having something of your own in mind before hand saves searching your imagination on the day. There were 6 students with diverse experience at the course and everyone went home with totally different individual completed projects. It's a busy, and satisfyingly exhausting day - Oh, and lots of laughs too. "

"Brilliant workshop. I have really enjoyed my time and learned so much during this one day taster. Natalie is an excellent teacher and she has such a great energy. I appreciated that each student had their own booth so that you can experiment in your own space and at your own speed. There were different techniques to discover and play with and each of us (we were 5) came out with a smile and with some kind of little sculpture or experiment that they were proud of. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent and extremely useful introduction to the many methods of welding. This has helped me greatly understand what methods will suit me and my applications."
